AN INVITATION TO JOIN US WITH YOUR RAFFLE QUILT AT A Quilters' Gathering November 6 - 9, 2008 ---------------------------------------------------
Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3 is pleased to offer FREE RAFFLE SPACE to Quilt Guilds and other organizations. If your group is having a quilt raffle as a special fund-raising activity, Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3 invites you to display your quilt and sell raffle tickets in the conference reception area. We will provide a table and chairs free of charge. Your group will is responsible for setting up the quilt and manning this space for the period of time you are using it. Admission to the show is not included as part of this offer. Those manning the space will each be expected to pay the daily $9.00 admission fee (unless they are registered for the conference), or the guild may purchase a multiple-day pass at $14.00, or guilds may use the admission pass sent for listing the conference in their newsletters. Details of that are as follows: We would very much appreciate your including notice of A Quilters’ Gathering in your newsletter calendar. SEND US A COPY OF YOUR NEWSLETTER SHOWING THIS NOTICE AND WE WILL SEND A FREE PASS TO THE SHOW. One free pass will be sent to the guild (please designate to whom it should be sent when sending the copy) for each monthly issue in which notice of A Quilters’ Gathering appears. We very much enjoy organizations joining us with their raffle quilts and look forward to hearing from you.
