INFORMATION ON FEES – REGISTRATION – ADMISSION

Please read carefully before making selections to ensure reservations

REGISTRATION FORMS ARE PROCESSED AS RECEIVED. CLASSES ARE FILLED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Early registration is urged to assure enrollment in class of your choice.  Online Registration is available on the website on July 1st  No telephone registrations can be accepted. Registrations must be received by October 15, 2011 to assure processing before event.  Registrations received after this date will be held at the Registration Desk.  Please submit one registration form per person. Form may be duplicated for friends.  REMEMBER TO INDICATE A SECOND, THIRD, and FOURTH CHOICE FOR CLASSES and LECTURES. 

BE SURE TO INCLUDE A $.88, THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZED AMOUNT FOR STANDARD POSTAGE. SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE WITH REGISTRATION FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION AND SUPPLY LISTS.

 REGISTRATION FEE - $18.00

MUST BE INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION FORM. Fees can be paid by Check or Credit Card.  A $35.00 fee will be added for bounced checks. Registered participants receive a Gathering tote bag and daily admittance to all exhibits, events, vendor malls, and evening Quilters’ Gatherings.  Fee also covers all registration related costs.

No Registration Fee is required if purchasing tickets for only Opening Night event and/or any Lectures.  Purchase of these tickets however, without Registration, does not include Daily Admission to show, Vendors Mall, etc.  Any additional fees for supplies provided by teachers will be indicated in program and on supply lists.

 EXHIBITS, VENDORS MALL, and SPECIAL EVENTS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS FOLLOWS: THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on SUNDAY FROM 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

MULTIPLE DAY ADMISSION - $15.00

GROUP FEES and FULL-SHOW PASSES

 Full-Show passes may be obtained by registering as a Conference Participant for the $18.00 registration fee. This gives you a conference tote bag, free daily admission, and admission to the evening Gatherings.  The multiple-day pass for $15.00 gives you daily admission only.

 Daily Visitors may also purchase tickets for any Lecture if seating is available.  Lecture tickets may be purchased at the Conference Registration Desk. No Registration Fee is required for Lecture tickets only.

PAYMENTS and REFUNDS We are now accepting Visa, Master Card and American Express and Discover! And, online registrations are available.  Personal checks or Money Orders covering all fees must be included with registration. Make payable to: Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3, LLC. Figure all costs on first choices. If placed in an alternate choice, any necessary adjustments will be made. You may add classes, events, etc. at any time by sending a duplicate registration form and any additional fees. No Additional Registration Fee Is Required. Write “Addition” and your Registration Number on this form.

$18.00 REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL OTHER FEES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHEN, AND IF, SPACE IS FILLED.  HOWEVER, NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEES OR COSTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2011. BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE WITH THE GUIDELINES IN THIS POLICY.

TRANSPORTATION – The Radisson, Nashua is at Exit 1 off Rte 3 and easily reached by all major highways.  Shuttle services operate regularly out of Boston’s Logan Airport and the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire. Your travel agent can assist with flight information and/or car routes.  You may also check our website for additional driving instructions.

HOUSING – The Radisson, Nashua has reserved a block of rooms for A Quilters’ Gathering™ at a special rate: Single/Double/Triple or Quadruple  at $109+ tax.  To make reservations, call (603) 888 - 9970 and indicate you are with Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3, LLC or A Quilters’ Gathering™ in Nashua, NH, Nov 3-6, 2011.  In the event you have problems making reservation through this number please contact Sarah Glenfield for help. It is recommended to make reservations early.

When Making Alternate Selections for Each Day’s Workshop,  Mark Your Choices on the Registration Form as Follows: Indicate First Choice as #1, Second Choice as #2, and Third Choice as #3.

ATTENTION

Important Workshop Registration Information

1.  Carefully read all information in the Conference Brochure. 

2.  Type, Print or Write clearly when filling out the registration form. 

3.  Use Credit Card, Check or Money Order if in the United States.  Use Postal Money Order if outside of the United States. 

4.  Indicate a First (1), Second (2), and Third (3) Choice.  Base costs on First Choice. Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3, LLC will make adjustments, if necessary, and issue a refund or inform you of any balance due. 

5.  Don’t forget to add the Registration Fee to your workshop and other costs. 

6.  Any kit fees are payable directly to the teacher in class. 

7.  Registrations will be processed in the order of receipt.  Online Registration is available on the website on July 1st  Your Confirmation Packet will be sent with a schedule of the workshops in which you are registered and supply lists for your workshops.  You will also receive a name badge, tickets for any lectures, social events etc., for which you are registered, and other necessary conference information.  *Confirmation packets will not start to go out until late July. Please be sure to list the name of the Textile Trade Training Class of Choice on The form!

8.  When sending in the Registration, be sure to include a SASE (self-addressed-stamped envelope) for your Confirmation Packet.  Postage required is $0.88 cent stamp. 

9.  On the front of the Registration form (on the Quilt Stitch Page) is a section titled Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement which we ask everyone to sign.  Your registration and attendance is agreement to the terms of this waiver.  In order to process your registration, your signature is required as indicated in this section.  When sending in a copy of the Registration Page, be sure to copy the back so we have all your information.
