Advertising and Door Prize Donation Opportunity!

 

The Directors of A Quilters’ Gathering™, which is held every November (4th – 7th) at the Radisson, Nashua, New Hampshire is seeking out your company to inquire if you would be interested in advertising in our program with us and submitting door prizes.  

This is our 22nd Anniversary with our theme this year being Plain and fancy, we have some of the best internationally known teachers coming this year and are expecting another big year.   Our conference with 22 Years established is one of the top quilt conferences.    Our show draws students, attendees, and internationally known teachers from all over the US, Europe, Canada and Australia. 

Our 2010 Special Exhibit Features AMISH QUILTS - AMISH CULTURE as well as a vendors market with over forty venders.   We have exhibits of between 150-200 quilts; attendance ranges well over 4500 each year and registered students in excess of 500+.  Also included is an opening banquet with a featured internationally known teachers, as well as great prizes and prize monies in which we are always welcoming new business to our prize roster.

Your company’s presence is always welcome by a donation of door prizes as well as advertising.   We would also request that when sending a door prize, please ensure large labeling on the items so that they know where they came from.   We do appreciate your consideration and interest in our upcoming show.    All companies contributing door prizes will be listed in A Quilters’ Gathering™ Program and on A Quilters’ Gathering™ website at www.aquiltersgathering.com.

 Our Program Advertising information is linked for your perusal.  Our Program features full color cover and easy to read format using top of the line technology for layout.  Please submit your advertising no later than September 15th, 2010 Door prizes, flyers, brochures or other advertising is also welcome!  Please send these items no later than October 10th, 2010 to Kate Sussman, Director, 307 North Amherst Road, Bedford, NH 03110.

 If you are interested in vending at A Quilters’ Gathering™ please utilize the hyperlink below for more information and application.  At this date all vending spaces are either filled or under negotiation and we are placing applicants on a wait list.

 

It is in our experience that before the show date there are invariable circumstances that cause a vendor to withdraw and space does become available for those waiting.
